CUBA - Faizal Tahir

I just watched the semi final of Muzik Muzik on TV3 (thanx to my bestie who reminded me about it). Five songs made it to the final, Lagu Kita by Aizat, Bila Nak Saksi by Spider, Hanya Di Mercu by Ayu, Sampai Syurga and Cuba, both by the talented Faizal Tahir. I adore Faizal Tahir. His songs are awesome as well as his performances. They never fail to impress me. I love both of his songs that made it to the final but I love Cuba slightly more, simply because, well, I'm feeling it. The music builds up your anticipation nicely but it's the lyric that got my attention.

Yes, it's not your typical love songs and strange enough, I think many people could relate to it. Or at least I think I could relate to it. Anyhoos, it's a freakrockinly (yes, I invented a new word. Yes!!) good song and I can't wait to listen to it at the final. Good luck Faizal. Mwaah! :)
